There, we commission small family businesses to specially process the raw material according to our requirements. We make sure that our Indian partners are certified. For us, the terms "recycling" and "biodegradable" are a living reality: all eyewear parts and applications - apart from the metal hinges, which can be easily dismantled - are of organic origin (natural horn, silk, wood) and therefore completely biodegradable.
Ecology
As a purely natural product, genuine horn is a 100% natural material that was often considered unusable in the past. However, we recognised the natural beauty of the horn grain and found a way to use the material sustainably.
At Design Naturell, the beauty of nature meets traditional German craftsmanship, which we have continued to develop over the years. We process natural horn into beautiful eyewear models, each one unique.
Our products are made exclusively to order and according to the wishes of our customers. We pay close attention to the allocation of valuable resources such as electricity, water and raw materials.
